Yes a student of NOUN can be expelled if he/she breaks any of the codes of conduct of the school. Three of the major reasons why students are expelled from the school are Examination Malpractice Cultism Fighting of staffs at the study center. Examination Malpractice:
This is being Involved in the leakage of examination papers i.e. serving as agent to circulate leaked examination questions. The punishment is EXPULSION!. Bringing in unauthorized materials into the examination hall with or without using them e.g. Textbooks, notes, paper, GSM phones, other electronic devices, manuscripts etc.
The penalty is outright expulsion Cultism: This is self explanatory. Cult activities are not allowed at the study center and any student that engages in them prone to being expelled sponsored! Fighting of staffs: Physical assault or insulting any staff before, during or after any examination will attract EXPULSION Unruly behaviour in the Examination Hall e.g. Disobedience to lawful orders, drunkenness or obstructing peace during an examination, assaulting another student during any examinationcan get you expelled.
Now that we have known the reasons that can get one expelled it's now left to you to check and double check yourself if you have engaged in any of the mentioned activities. If no, then you have nothing to fear but if yes then you should be scared. How Do I Know If My Name Is On The List? Very easy, Log in to your portal and if your portal says "contact academic registry", then your name is on that list. Check the notice board for the names and collect your letter from the Admin if you are involved.
