STEP 1. Logon to nouonline.net, insert your matric number and password
click manage wallet>>view wallet, then check all the payments that is not showing on your wallet, now note down all the RRR codes of the payments that is not showing on your wallet (THAT IS WHY IS ALWAYS GOOD TO KEEP ALL PAYMENT RECEIPTS!!!, YOU WEY NO KEEP RECEIPTS NA SORRY BE YOUR NAME)
CONTINUE WITH STEP 2 AFTER NOTING ALL THE RRR CODES DOWN.
STEP 2. click MANAGE WALLET
STEP 3: click CREDIT RRR
STEP 4: insert the RRR of your missing
STEP 5: click CREDIT RRR PAYMENT
your payments should initiate now!!!

commentsMy amount paid is showing on my RRR file but not on the wallet, so is giving me insufficient funds.
ReplyI had an amount i claimed from the school from the old porter which has been resolved in this porter and the school has not worked on in it on my porter. I don't know what to do.
